This region has many vast nature conservation areas like the Parc national de la Gaspésie which offers a wide range of outdoor activities that can be performed with its mountain landscape and numerous bodies of water (SÉPAQ, 2011) and 8 wildlife reserves (Savard. Danny). With over 30 beaches to choose from watch the sun set or simply take a walk along the beach which are open to the public (Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie).

 Dynamic culture

Concert halls and theaters are spread all over the Gaspe Peninsula (Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie). Watch famous Quebec artists such as humorists and singers perform and experience the local culture. Unique festivals, cultural and sporting events take place in the region such as La Grande Traversée de la Gaspésie in cross-country skiing and the Festival Musique du Bout du Monde (Association touristique régionale de la Gaspésie).
