«Being a dentist in Rimouski … it’s the possibility to have a highly professional practice combined with an ideal family life. I live outside the city along the river and yet 15 minutes are enough for me to get to work. In summer, I like to go to work on the bike. Once I’ve arrived at work, a team of 20 girls in a clinic equipped with cutting-edge technology (E4D, digital radiography, laser, etc.) housing eight operating rooms overlooking the river is waiting for me.
Since most specialists are concentrated in major centers, a rural dental practice facilitates dentists to perform a wide variety of dental procedures such as endodontics, periodontics, surgery and prosthodontics. My work schedule is 8h to 16h, 4 days a week and of course, the weekends I spend entirely with my family and do activities such as station or mountain skiing, kayaking, hiking in the Parc de la Gaspésie, camping, climbing at St-André of Kamouraska or biking on the beachside road.
